Since 2006 it has been called Level 2 Food Safety, but I still get asked for Basic Food Hygiene. The question is do we go back and call it Basic Food Hygiene or Food Safety

The end of PTLLS

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 states it is a legal obligation for employers of five or more staff to have written risk assessments in place.
