Since 2006 it has been called Level 2 Food Safety, but I still get asked for Basic Food Hygiene. The question is do we go back and call it Basic Food Hygiene or Food Safety

Food Safety Legislation

Food Safety Management legislation is now based on the traceability of food, and control of any potential hazards, in order to limit the possibility of food poisoning outbreaks.
